1st Drawing will be held during the Exhibitor Reception on Wednesday.

2nd Drawing will be held during the Raffle on Thursday.

EVALUATION FORMS

Completed Evaluation Forms can be dropped in the ‘Evaluation Box’ located near Registration. By completing the Evaluation Forms, you help with identifying what speakers and/or topics you would like to see at future conferences. Everyone that completes a card will be entered in the drawing for prizes.

BINGO EXHIBITOR CARDS

Complete your bingo card by visiting each vendor. Once you complete the card, drop it in the ‘Bingo Card’ box near Registration. Everyone that completes at least 3/4 of a card will be entered for prizes.
