MODERATOR FORMS

Looking for volunteers!  We need moderator’s for each session.  If interested, please visit the Registration counter.

Turn in a completed Moderator Form at the Registration counter and receive a gift.  One gift for each moderator.

ATTENDANCE PRIZES

Every attendee gets entered in the drawing for Attendance prizes. Be sure to hold onto the PURPLE ticket you received during Registration in your bag. Must be present with the ticket at each drawing to have a chance of winning.

  • Drawings will be held during each Break in the Exhibit Hall.  Check schedule for each drawing time.  Drawings will be held near the ‘Stage’.

  • Final drawings will be held after the Closing Speaker.

EVALUATION FORMS

Everyone is encouraged to complete an Evaluation Form each day of the conference.  Completed Evaluation Forms can be dropped in the ‘Evaluation Box’ at Registration. By completing the Evaluation Forms, you help with identifying what speakers and/or topics you would like to see at future conferences. You have two chances to win prizes. 

  • Drawing from Day 1 Evaluation forms will be at the Exhibitor Reception.

  • Drawing from Day 2 Evaluation forms will be after the Closing Speaker.

BINGO EXHIBITOR CARDS

Everyone receives one bingo card in their bag at Registration. Complete your bingo card on Day 1 or Day 2 by visiting each vendor. Once you complete your Bingo card, drop it in the ‘Bingo Card’ box at Registration. Everyone that completes a card and turns it in will be entered for prizes.

  • Drawing from the Day 1 Bingo cards turned in will be held during the Exhibitor Reception.

  • Drawing from the Day 2 Bingo cards turned in will be held after the Closing Speaker.
