This workshop will cover what elements and logistics a worksite should build into their preparation plan prior to the OSHA VPP evaluation team arriving at your worksite, so the process runs as smoothly as possible. A representative from Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly) will share their experiences and learnings from 24 years of VPP membership. 2002 was their first VPP certification and their worksites have been through 5 successful recertification evaluations. Lilly is the second largest VPP worksite in the United States.
