The first thing a lot of people think of in terms of ERGONOMICS is fancy keyboards, chairs and desks - but it goes beyond that and is a big deal in the field and on the floor.  Ergonomic injuries cost companies billions of dollars every year and many use stretching programs to help make things better.  This presentation will take a look at what Clayco has done to implement an ergonomics safety program on our projects and how we have gone beyond stretches to combat the problem.
